By purchasing a report or submitting data for interpretation, you agree to these terms. Please read this overview carefully before purchasing or submitting information for a KYN Body Story.

By accessing and using Know Your Numbers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services or purchasing reports. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Body Story Scope
The $39 KYN Body Story is a one-time educational service. It provides personalized interpretation of one customer-provided readable body-composition scan and the customer’s goals and context. It does not include a scan appointment, medical diagnosis or treatment, ongoing coaching, a custom meal or training plan, later reports, a review call, or follow-up email.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for submitting clear, readable, and complete digital scans for analysis. By submitting a scan, you represent and warrant that you own the file or have received explicit authorization to submit it for our analysis service.
Educational Scope
Our reports are purely educational and for informational purposes only. Know Your Numbers does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment, or medical advice. Our insights are not a substitute for professional medical consultation.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Wix and its connected payment providers. KYN does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Outcome Disclaimer
While we provide intelligence based on data, we do not guarantee any specific health, fitness, fat-loss, or muscle-gain outcomes. Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond the scope of our report interpretation.
Intellectual Property
Know Your Numbers retains full ownership of its reports, reporting templates, and unique Interpretation methodologies. Customers are granted a non-exclusive, personal license to use their specific results report for their own private, non-commercial use.
Delivery and Rework
We strive for reasonable delivery times for all Body Intelligence Reports. If a report contains clear technical inaccuracies based on the provided scan, we offer rework terms to ensure the data has been interpreted correctly within our standard parameters.
Refunds and Resubmissions
If submitted files cannot be interpreted, we offer one opportunity for resubmission. If the promised report still cannot be produced after a resubmission attempt, Know Your Numbers will issue a full refund for that specific service fee.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. In no event shall Know Your Numbers be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Body Intelligence Reports or platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via our website. Your continued use of the service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Principles
These terms are governed by the principles of fair service, transparency in body intelligence interpretation, and reasonable commercial standards between Know Your Numbers and our customers.
